Kelly Ann has been in the field of administration for almost thirty (30) years and has worked as a senior administrative professional for more than sixteen (16) years.  She has provided administrative support to Chairmen, Boards of Directors, CEOs and other senior executives.

In addition to her passion for the administrative field, she is motivated to guide all administrative professionals and their organizations in working toward more efficient office management systems. 

Kelly Ann also applies her training and experience in Administration, Human Resource Management and Organizational Development to facilitate the recruitment and selection process for companies. 

Additionally, Kelly Ann has been in the fields of Events Management and Customer Service for over twenty (20) years and has been involved in planning and implementing events such as the Cocktail Reception for the Delegates of the Miss Universe Pageant 1999, community tourism projects hosted by TIDCO (now TDC) and corporate events such as Annual General Meetings and Public Board Meetings.

Kelly Ann is a Director at the Trinidad and Tobago Business Etiquette and Protocol Specialists Limited, which specialises in training in events management, protocol, etiquette and customer service (www.ttbepevents.com).
