Driver / Office Assistant





Office Gems is facilitating the recruitment of a DRIVER/ OFFICE ASSISTANT for an Industrial Supply Company in South Trinidad.


Duties include:

  1. Reviewing data on Excel spreadsheets to schedule receipt of orders and deliveries to clients.
  2. Safely and efficiently delivering goods, using the company vehicle.
  3. ​Ensuring the assigned vehicle is adequately maintained and always in good working condition. 
  4. Running errands on behalf of the company such as visits to the Bank and Board of Inland Revenue.


Requirements: 

  1. A minimum of three (3) CXC/ CSEC/ Ordinary subjects - English Language is compulsory. 
  2. At least two (2) years’ experience driving a manual vehicle.
  3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 
  4. A Manual Class 3 Driver’s Permit and the ability to drive a manual vehicle. 
  5. Excellent verbal communication skills. 
  6. Organised. 
  7. Customer focused and well-mannered.


Working Days and Hours are:

  1. Mondays to Fridays – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  2. Saturdays: 8:00 am to 12 noon
