The renumeration for this position falls under three (3) categories:
Cash Benefits: Straight Commission, Bonuses and Renewals
Benefits in Kind: Attending International, Regional and Local Conventions receiving Company, Branch and Unit Awards.
Group Benefits: Group Life, Group Health and Group Pension
