Office Gems is facilitating the recruitment of INSURANCE AGENTS for Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited.

Our client’s goal is to develop and produce a high calibre, high performance sales and advising team, that will be the model for performance excellence. 

DUTIES

The Insurance Agents will be required to: 

1. Prospect for and identify new clients. 
2. Conduct needs analysis for every client to ensure that the correct products are recommended. 
3. Build long-term relationships with our clients to benefit their holistic development.

Extensive training will be provided for the successful candidates.

CRITERIA

The preferred candidate must meet these criteria: 

1. Be able to communicate effectively in any given social circle. 
2. Be passionate about meeting with people.
3. Have at least two (2) years’ work experience in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Banking or Sales.
4. Be assertive, with an entrepreneurial spirit able to work without direct supervision. 
5. Possess CAPE/Advanced Levels and/or Tertiary Level qualifications.
6. Must be tech savvy and be able to operate a fully digitalized platform, as well as work remotely. 
7. Must have a vehicle or access to one with a valid driver’s permit.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

The renumeration for this position falls under three (3) categories: 

Cash Benefits: Straight Commission, Bonuses and Renewals 
