Office Gems is facilitating the recruitment of Sales Representative for one of our clients - a retail establishment based in Cunupia.

Our client is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Sales Representative to join our team. You will help customers find the right mobile phones, accessories, and smart devices to fit their needs—while delivering a great in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.

- Explain features, pricing, and promotions for mobile phones and related devices.

- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions

- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.

- Stay up to date on new products and industry trends.

- Support inventory checks and restocking as needed

- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care

Requirements

- Three (3) CSEC/CXC/O'Level subjects which must include Mathematics and English Language.

- At least three (3) years' experience in a customer service environment.

- Must have a recent Police Certificate of Character.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic understanding of mobile technology and smart devices

- Previous retail or sales experience will be an asset.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturdays: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
