Office Gems and Caribbean Careers are facilitating the recruitment of an Account Manager – Corporate for BOSS.
The Account Manager – Corporate is responsible for achieving and surpassing assigned sales and profit targets by proactively managing a portfolio of corporate clients, generating new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The role requires exceptional selling skills, product knowledge, and professionalism, while supporting the day-to-day performance of an assigned Customer Service Representative (CSR).
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Achieve and exceed all sales, activity, and profit targets.
• Execute approved quarterly sales strategies and action plans.
• Maintain and update a monthly list of current and prospective customers by reviewing internal listings, networking, and conducting trade visits.
• Identify, contact, and solicit business from suitable prospects seek referrals and engage in networking opportunities.
• Analyse sales reports and lost quotes monthly and develop strategies to regain business.
• Develop and manage weekly schedules for customer visits and calls, ensuring efficient use of time.
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles, including service, pricing, and quality requirements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand revenue.
• Keep catalogues, product information, and pricing updated.
• Promote products by highlighting benefits, not just features.
• Communicate market feedback, challenges, and competitive activity to the Company in a timely manner.
• Recommend new product opportunities based on customer and market insights.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with the Accounts Department on collections and credit approvals to reduce outstanding receivables.
• Follow Credit Control policies and recommend accounts that should be placed on hold where necessary.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Department to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and communicate customer requirements clearly.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Provide guidance and daily support to the assigned CSR to optimise productivity and service quality.
• Meet with the assigned CSR to set goals, review work, and provide coaching.
• Prepare for and actively participate in Sales Meetings and Coaching Sessions.
• Make recommendations to improve the company’s overall effectiveness, processes, and customer experience.
Administration & Reporting
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required documentation and reports.
• Ensure professional presentation, conduct, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Five (5) CXC O’Level passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service with a proven track record of results.
• Associate Degree in Business Management or related field (asset).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Must own a roadworthy vehicle
