Kelly Ann Connelly-Monsegue

Care for others is the ethos that drives her business acumen. She therefore puts her heart into the preparation and delivery of professional development programmes for individuals and companies, focusing on enhancing their corporate skills. Kelly Ann also applies her training and experience in Administration, Human Resource Management and Organizational Development to facilitate the recruitment and selection process for companies.


She has provided administrative support to Chairmen, Boards of Directors, CEOs and other senior executives. She has over thirty (30) years' experience in administration. As a result of her passion for the administrative field, she is motivated to guide executives and their organizations in working toward more efficient systems and processes.


Additionally, Kelly Ann has been in the fields of Events Management and Customer Service for over twenty (20) years and has been involved in planning and implementing events such as the Cocktail Reception for the Delegates of the Miss Universe Pageant 1999, Community Tourism Projects and Corporate Events such as Annual General Meetings and Public Board Meetings.


Kelly Ann is also a Director at the Trinidad and Tobago Business Etiquette and Protocol Specialists Limited, a tertiary-level institution providing professional development in Events Management, Protocol, Etiquette and Customer Service. Additionally, she is the Chief Operating Officer for Caribbean Careers and Guyana Careers.

Her other competencies include calendar management, coordinating events such as workshops, seminars and training sessions, taking and transcribing minutes of meetings, office skills, word processing, data entry, generating reports and records management.
