Client Executive





Office Gems is facilitating the recruitment of CLIENT EXECUTIVES for The Belgroves Group of Companies’ Trincity and San Fernando Branches.

At Belgroves Funeral Home, they don’t just plan tributes — they create meaningful experiences that celebrate lives and support families through every step of their journey. They are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional Client Executive to be the dedicated guide for families as they plan and personalize their tributes.


What You Will Do:

As a Client Executive, you will be the trusted partner to families, ensuring their wishes are understood and honored with empathy and excellence. Some of your responsibilities will include the following:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, guiding them through planning, preparation, and personalization of tributes.

• Provide family consultation and planning support, capturing every detail and cultural consideration with care.

• Offer products, services, and legal guidance so families feel confident and fully informed.

• Coordinate and customize memorial elements—from programs and accolades to tokens of remembrance.

• Ensure clear communication, transparent invoicing, and seamless handovers to our execution team.

• Provide on-site support during tributes and follow up with families afterwards to ensure their continued comfort and satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate client records and feedback databases to continually raise the bar of the Belgroves Gold Standard of Service.


Who You Are:

• Compassionate, empathetic, and an exceptional communicator.

• Detail-driven and organized, able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.

• Skilled in active listening and problem-solving, ensuring families feel supported every step of the way.

• A person who thrives on building long-term, meaningful relationships.


Qualifications and Experience

• First Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science or Business Administration.

• Certification or training in Sales, Customer Service, Counselling, Event Management, or Funeral Services would be an asset.

• At least five (5) years’ experience in client relations, customer service, or a role involving direct interaction and coordination with clients or families.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database or CRM systems.

• Possession of a valid Driver’s Permit.
