Office Gems is facilitating the recruitment of a Dental Front Office Coordinator for a Clinic in Central Trinidad (Cunupia).
The Receptionist – Dental Office will be responsible for all front-line administration, ensuring the smooth running of the office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties of the Receptionist - Dental Office include, but are not limited to:
1. Meeting and greeting all patients.
2. Scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and completing insurance forms.
3. Maintaining inventory of supplies.
4. Cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces before and after each patient visit.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have at least five (5) CXC/CSEC passes, including Mathematics and English Language
Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.
Certification in administration or a related field will be an asset.
Excellent Computer Skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Any equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered.
