Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Electrical Department

• Procure, monitor, and replenish stock to ensure optimal inventory levels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

• Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on electrical products and solutions

• Develop strategies to grow and retain the department’s customer base

• Train, supervise, and motivate department staff to achieve performance targets

• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role within a hardware, electrical, or home improvement environment

• Strong knowledge of electrical products and systems

• Proven experience managing stock procurement and inventory control

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Results-oriented with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction
