Office Gems and Caribbean Careers are facilitating the recruitment of a MARKETING MANAGER for one of HR Portal's clients based in JAMAICA.
Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote their geospatial services and products. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the geospatial industry, excellent communication skills, and experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand recognition
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
• Establish, maintain and improve brand recognition
Digital Marketing
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content
Campaign Management
• Plan, implemement, and monitor promotional campaigns
Event Planning
• Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote company offerings.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and technical teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
• Support the hosting of webinars and deliver post-webinar reports
Market Research
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities.
Social Media Management
• Manage the company’s online presence and social media platforms.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• A Master’s degree can be an advantage
• Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in marketing or related roles
Special Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Analytical ability to interpret market data and trends
• Creativity and innovative thinking for campaigns
• Project Management skills to manage multiple campaigns effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
