Lucericia has extensive experience in a broad range of executive compensation, employee benefits and immigration matters. She also advises on corporate formation and governance.

Lucericia has worked in the law firm setting as a Counsel and in private practice as in-house counsel. Lucericia focuses her pro bono work on immigration and not for profits.

Lucericia holds a B.A. cum laude from Pace University, USA (History Major and Minor in African American Studies). She pursued her Law Degree at the Howard University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude.

Urshelle possesses a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management (Second Class), and an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Management with Accounting.

Urshelle has over 17 years of experience in higher education administration and programme management. In addition to her role at a leading tertiary education institution, Urshelle also serves as a Part-Time Instructor.

Joanne has over twenty-five (25) years' experience in Technology, Supplier Management and IT Project Management at an International Financial Institution.

She possesses a BSc in Management Studies (UWI), an Associates Degree in Management of Information Systems and an Advanced Certified Supply Chain Management (ITC). Joanne is a continuous learner, currently pursuing CIPS certification.

Joanne is also a former trained School Teacher.

Arden has over twenty (20) years' experience in the energy sector, where he has been involved in the implementation of Project Management Policy, led the implementation of numerous Renewable Energy Projects and related projects.

He is a Certified Energy Manager, holding an MBA in Sustainable Energy Management and a B.Sc. in Chemical and Process Engineering (Upper Second Class Honours).

Coming from a background in the security industry, Brian switched career paths to pursue certification in the Culinary Arts. He honed his skills working with several executive chefs and now manages his a own food service and event management business.

Brian is also an Events Coordinator and a Customer Service Facilitator. Brian continues to enhance his qualifications in the Culinary Arts and in Restaurant Management.
